Position Overview & Specifications

Purpose of job

Our aim is to become a market leader in provision of Electric Vehicle charging solution provider to Local Authorities and Businesses as part of our strategy to lead the transition to zero carbon.

The goal is to undertake an ambitious electric vehicle charging installation program, deploying high volume and quality EV installations across the nation. Our aim is to make the world a better place, one charge point at a time.

The Junior Project Manager will work with Zest’s Customer Experience team to ensure all elements of the overall customer requirements are effectively scheduled and documented. The Junior Project Manager will assist with customer communication elements of the project delivery, in conjunction with the Technical Delivery Managers, Senior TDMs and Directors.

Key Accountabilities

The role is responsible for the following:

  • Supporting with the planning, management, and delivery of customer solutions.
  • Working with the Operations and Sales Team to manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Scheduling and facilitating customer meetings.
  • Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of project progress.
  • Tracking of project costs, working in conjunction with Finance team.
  • Providing administrative support to the Customer Experience Team.
  • Working with other key parties to ensure Zest is continuously working to improve how we do business.
  • Plus, any other duties as required by the leadership team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade A* - C
  • Experience working in a similar role or environment
  • Customer Services experience preferred
