We are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Northampton on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday – Friday 14:00 – 22:00.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will undertake an array of warehousing activities at our site in Northampton, focusing on receiving, picking, putting away, replenishing and dispatching goods.

Working safely at all times, you will follow processes and policies to ensure a positive health and safety environment. You will seek to improve efficiency and processes where possible and communicate any concerns clearly to your line manager.

Additionally, you will carry out regular checks on equipment and highlight any defects.

About You

To be considered as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• The ability to work as part of a team
• Good level of communication, including a good understanding of both written and verbal English
• An MHE licence
