We are currently looking for a BI Insight Manager to join us on a permanent, fulltime basis in either Northampton or Annesley.

The Role

As the BI Insight Manager, you will support the digital transformation of our organisation, enabling the efficient and effective use of data to inform decisions.

Providing expert leadership to the BI team, you will monitor individual and team performance, delegate tasks to achieve efficient delivery and ensure team members receive opportunities for development and training.

Managing a portfolio of data projects using Power BI and agile and waterfall delivery, you will enable teams to identify their data reporting needs, provide assistance with data analysis and produce dashboards to visualise data.

You will assist with the improvement of data use across our organisation by providing support to teams including delivering training and best practices materials, troubleshooting problems and assisting with design solutions.

About You

To be considered as the BI Insight Manager, you will need:

• Experience in relevant data driven role, with a strong focus on analytics, data cleansing, data migration, modelling and mapping
• Experience of working with various data sources, BI and integration tools
• Experience of Power BI, Paginated Reports (SSRS), MS SQL Server, data warehousing and ETL processes
• The ability to make informed decision
• The ability to learn new systems quickly
• The ability to present complex information to a varied audience
• A Power BI qualification
• A full, valid driving licence

Ideally, you will have experience of using Alteryx.

Experience in a management of supervisory role would be highly beneficial, as would a background in transport or logistics.
