We manage a wide range of properties, offering landlords a comprehensive service from start to finish. With our sights set on the future, we are transitioning into a technology company that sells a suite of software solutions to landlords and lettings agencies, helping them to streamline their processes and save time. To ensure our tenants have the best possible experience, we also have an app on the App Store which can be used to manage tenancies, pay rent and contact the team. Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct viewings for prospective tenants
  • Respond to tenant complaints and resolve any maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Check tenants in and out of properties
  • Conducting inspections and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
