Position Overview & Specifications

As Mobile App Content Designer, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent content experience for our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with UX Designers within an Agile delivery environment. Your squad will include Product Owners, Developers, Designers and Business Analysts. You’ll work with them using inclusive design techniques to deliver an excellent experience for our mobile app customers.

This is a hybrid role with remote working and some onsite presence in our central Leeds offices.


About the role


As Mobile App Content Designer, you’ll be part of the Content Team. Our purpose is to ensure that every single page and screen is operating to our high standards and meeting customer needs.

You’ll report to the Content Manager and be supported by the Mobile User Experience Manager. We have a people-first culture and you’ll be part of a friendly, enthusiastic and supportive Agile team.


About you


You’ll be curious and always restless to learn more and improve how we work. You understand that expertise is a journey, not an end point. You will have –

  • A proven track record and experience in a Content Design role including using a Content Management System

  • Worked in a multi-disciplinary team of Designers, BAs, Developers, and so on

  • Designed and iterated user-centred content and user journeys, efficiently and to a high standard

  • Used analytics data, user feedback and user research to identify the needs of users, map user journeys and inform content strategy

  • Excellent people skills particularly collaborating, influencing and advocating for good customer outcomes

  • Ability to prioritise your own workload and get stuck in to help the team
