We are looking to bring on board a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced team based at our site in Crick, Northamptonshire.
You will be working Monday - Friday - 0600am - 1500pm.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £22,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
To ensure all administrative order entry duties are carried out to a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Ensures that appropriate communication methods are used to provide information to both internal and external customers as required e.g. advising deliveries, communicating with sites/stores, dealing with customer issues, communicating with drivers, providing ETAs, etc.
To achieve weekly and monthly KPI’s as set by the business and /customer service level agreements, escalating any issues impacting on these to the Contract Manager.
To ensure compliance with company Health & Safety requirements highlighting any concerns to the Contract Manager.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Must be confident in dealing with customer & end user issues- The ability to build relationships with our stakeholders and customers
- Previous experience in a transport/logistics environment would be desirable
- Working experience of Microsoft packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel
