Retail Store Supervisor (Part Time) Knotty Ash

We are currently looking for two Store Supervisor's for 25 hours per week; 5 out of 7 days, variable and weekends inclusive) to join our Wynsors team in our Knotty Ash store (L14 5NA)

What are we looking for in our Store Supervisor?

Personality, a friendly helpful nature that will consistently deliver that personal touch and warm welcome to all our customers. You will love bringing our products to life to meet our customer’s individual needs, be great at selling and delivering first class results with your great communication skills. You will love keeping up to date with our new ranges, seasonal and high street trends. Take pride in making sure our shop floor and stockroom are spotless. Being a great Supervisor means being a great role model. You will need to drive sales with regular coaching and feedback to the team on their sales behaviours and product knowledge. You will take responsibility for our new joins induction by ensuring they have the training and development to succeed. You will need to be organised and ready to adapt to challenges on a day to day basis with strong support from your Store Manager.

You will be experienced in inventory management and stock control, with a flair for merchandising, the ability to deliver great sales, and support your Store Manager to develop business relationships with schools, and plan trading events. You will inspire your team to achieve and be keen and willing to learn and support your Store Manager to provide the best customer experience.

To be successful, you will need to be flexible, in both when you work and the way you work, as adapting to customer demand is key to our success as a business. Here at Wynsors we work Sunday to Saturday so you will need to be flexible. If flexibility cannot be met, we will be unable to process your application further.
