General Showroom Manager in Waiting

About The Role
About the role:
We'relooking for a General Showroom Manager in Waiting to join the team in the North East of England. You will be influential in helping to build high achieving design teams across multiple showrooms in your designated area.
Main responsibilities:

• Train and work with experienced managers in some of our showrooms of excellence, learning the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom.
• Work with both General Managers and Assistant Managers to become a well-rounded Wren manager

• Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
