Junior IT Technician

Workplace IT provide IT Support Services to many of the UK's medium to large Health and Social Care Providers.

With the Health and Social Care Sector continuing to invest in Digital Innovation we are experiencing phenomenal growth resulting in the need for this additional role.

Our average client has well over one thousand users and you will be involved in supporting some exciting and often innovative technologies and IT services.

The Role:
You will be providing what we call provisioning services to our clients. This includes:

365 User Setup / Change and De-Commission
User Profile Builds
Password Changes
MDM (Mobile Device Management) Configuration and Deployments
Router Configuration Deployments
End User Change Management Request

Supported by our Service and Provisioning Coordinators you will be responsible for managing and closing circa 15 x Provisioning Tickets per day.

Provide an above and beyond service to our clients at all times.

Support is provided via the telephone, email and remote access with an emphasis on telephone based communication with the end user.

You will be using our ConnectWise Manage (PSA) and Automate (RMM) Tools and ConnectWise Boost for Documentation.

The role reports directly to our SDM (Service Delivery Manager) who will be responsible for your day to day management, wellbeing, training and progression.

Experience:
1 x Years Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting / Administrative Experience
MDM (Mobile Device Management) - Intune Experience - (Nice to Have)
Draytek Routers (or similar) troubleshooting
Ubiquity WIFI (or similar) troubleshooting

Work Location:
You will be based from our Taunton office with the ability to occasionally work from home when needed.

Package:
Basic Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 (DOE)
9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
