The Product
The Peakon platform collects and analyses employee feedback, provides insights across the employee experience, and drives organisational success. We believe that when an organisation listens to employee feedback and empowers every employee to drive the change they want to see, it can create more fulfilling jobs and grow in ways never before imagined.
About the Role
  • Learn modern product management skills by facilitating ceremonies, managing the product backlog, and by refining inputs for our product discovery and delivery processes
  • Conduct and deliver product discovery projects in the form of customer interviews, design workshops and understanding user needs
  • Work cross-functionally in an Agile manner, collaborating with innovative engineers, designers and data scientists on multi-disciplinary teams
  • Support Product Managers on discrete projects/tasks as well as other teamates in other function
Aside from working on impactful projects, you will network and meet with our executives including our co-founders. All interns are paired with a mentor on the team to ramp up quickly and also with a buddy to connect with other folks across the company.

About You
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Our Product Manager internship offers an exciting opportunity to drive Peakon’s award-winning product. Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience include:
Basic Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with year-long placement in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, MBA or relevant field to the role
  • Knowledge or exposure to agile software development, scrum or user discovery / research methods
  • Prior relevant experience in Product Management or a product org supporting, launching or building impactful products in fast-paced work environments
  • Interest and understanding of technical subjects and SaaS products, excited to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
  • Ideal candidate is available for a 10-12 month placement as part of their studies

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and drive to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Solid interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
  • You thrive at problem-solving and making decisions, both as a teammate and independently
