Overall purpose:
- Support the business in its expansion of Electrification strategy and deliver the training needed to up skill our customers in the changing market technology transition.
- To provide high quality training on the company’s expanding heat pump portfolio, systems, other renewables, and combustion products to both Worcester Bosch customers and employees.
Scope of role:
- To work independently alongside other team members based at Worcester with the ability to travel to other centres or customer locations throughout the UK and Ireland.
- To provide training to customers on heat pumps to support the market share increase in renewable technologies
- Training to customers and internal employees on gas, oil and renewable products at Worcester Bosch training centres
- To assist the sales force with product launches, sales events and exhibitions
- To prepare course content and materials
- To help maintain the development and upkeep of the training centre
- To develop new and existing courses for the products and legislation
- To be involved in train the trainer projects for the new products and services
- ACS CCN1 & CEN1 qualifications preferable
- NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent experience
- Full driving licence
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good technical knowledge and a technical mindset
- Previous experience in a training capacity is preferable but not essential
- A trade related background
- Computer literate with Outlook, PowerPoint and Word is an advantage
- Presentation skills
- The ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
- Knowledge of low temperature systems, installations and commissioning procedures
- Experienced in current health, safety and environment
- Some experience or understanding of renewable technologies
- Confident in their ability to deliver training of the highest quality expected of a market leader
- Comfortable with talking to learners across a wide range of skills and positions

Expected Start Date: 01-August
Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.30 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
