TITLE: Operative

Salary: £10.50 p/h

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for experienced factory workers to come and join Woodcraft World Limited. As an Operative, you will be given training and mentoring to learn how to create premium bespoke cabinetry. You will work alongside skilled and experienced team members with opportunities for professional growth and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To learn all aspects of the factory including machines and operational procedures.

· To assist the operatives to manufacture premium bespoke cabinetry for the KBB industry.

· To work and learn under the Factory Manager to develop your craft and skillsets.

· To help package stock for loading and transportation.

· To adhere to all our policies and procedures, including confidentiality and health and safety protocols.

· To undertake additional tasks where appropriate within business needs.

· To be confident and motivated to join a growing team with potential for progression and training.

· To be able to multi-task and problem-solve effectively.

· To be an excellent communicator.

· To be competent in reporting any issues to the Factory Manager and work alongside them to resolve any issues.

· To receive goods into the factory.

· To learn about opening and closing factory operations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Factory Experience is Desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kettering, NN15 6JQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Warehouse (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
