To do this, we recruit the best Lifeguards who take pride in having one of the most important jobs in our centres - keeping our swimmers safe and happy in and around the water.

We are currently recruiting Casual Lifeguards at the following centres: Springfield Community Campus in Corsham, The Activity Zone in Malmesbury, Westbury Swimming Pool , Durrington Swimming & Fitness Centre & Trowbridge Sports Centre.

About the role

As a Casual Lifeguard, you will have fantastic customer service and a passion for swimming and staying active. As well as supervising our members in the pool and poolside, you will support the operations team in keeping our centres clean and tidy, setting up for activity sessions and undertaking maintenance/building checks.

If you are interested in a career in leisure, we have fantastic training programmes that can lead to management positions, focusing on employee development.

Casual hours are to cover sickness and holiday shifts on an ad-hoc basis and are flexible to fit lifestyle. An additional payment (at a rate of 10%) will be automatically attached to your hourly rate where unsocial hours are worked if successful for this role.
