Housekeeper

Wilton House is an 1820's listed building freshly renovated to provide unparalleled quality stays in Belfast City Centre. We are currently looking for a Housekeeper/s who are looking for an exciting and challenging role. This role is key, as we aim to achieve 100% guest satisfaction. This role will play an integral part to the overall day to day operations of the business.

Responsibilities will include:

· Maintain cleanliness and dress apartments to the quality standards required

· Complete daily quality checklists for each apartment

· Maintain the stock and storage areas to the quality standard required

· Liaise with GM daily for early departures and rooms ready for set up

· Sort linen for collection and delivery

· Maintain cleanliness of common areas

· Maintain working relationships with colleagues and guests alike

· Other duties may be required as the business dictates

Person Specification:

· Personal Presentation/hygiene of utmost importance, uniform clean and ironed at all times

· Good Time Management, with a flexible attitude to working shifts

· Energetic, cheerful and helpful personality

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Good spoken and written English

· Guest Service Orientated

A premium overtime rate of 14.50 per hour is offered when additional days are worked when required.
