As an Assistant Manager, you’ll excel at people management and be really hands-on, training and developing your store team to be the best they can be. Encouraging everyone to understand the part they play in the success of their store, you’ll drive sales and create an upbeat, feelgood atmosphere, that both customers and colleagues enjoy being part of.
