Hours of Work: This is a full-time working role, from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

My client is a fast-growing telecommunications company, who take pride in providing businesses with a high level of customer service and providing the best for our clients. The basic salary is competitive and is enhanced by an extremely attractive, achievable commission structure.

This role involves handling inbound telesales and for one on the UK big 6 energy suppliers you will be offering and range of products along with Gas and Electricity you will be expected to sell Boiler Cover and Appliance cover packages. You will be required to fact find and build a good rapport with customers over the phone, to ensure all the customer needs are met.

• Experience working in a sales/telesales environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• To be comfortable speaking on the phone.
• A desire to work hard and meet weekly targets.
• Strong ability to overcome objections and remain positive throughout
• Ability to talk confidently to customers and answer questions and queries.
• Ability to multitask using the CRM system whilst holding conversation with customers
• Strong customer focus to ensure you meet customers’ requirements and to maintain company standards of excellent service at all times.
• Motivated upbeat and confident individual
• Results driven and commission/money hungry.
• Good knowledge of the energy industry
• Good work ethic and timekeeping.
