Due to unprecedented expansion Wigston Academies Trust is looking to appoint a Strategic Administration and Human Resources Co-ordinator. In order to keep up with a dramatic rise in student numbers and further planned expansion, the Trust is recruiting in a number of areas. Do you want to come and join us?

The focus of the role will be to provide full line management responsibility for a range of support staff and help shape the strategic management of administration and HR across the Trust as it brings greater HR and legal expertise and processes in-house.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is a commitment to inclusivity, equal opportunities and widening participation.
