Dental Receptionist

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team at Westdale Dental in Mapperley

Our lovely practice offers NHS and Private Dental treatment to suit all our patient’s needs. We are looking for the perfect addition to our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all patients and will welcome everyone in a warm and friendly manner, providing first class customer service. You will possess excellent spoken and written communication skills and understand the importance of good communication and the vital role of patient care .

You must have a positive "can do" attitude, good work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team, with the ability to follow practice procedures to deliver outstanding patient care.

Previous dental experience essential and knowledge of SOE patient software desirable but training can be provided.
