About us

West Wales Chock Shop Ltd is family owned Chocolate Brownie Shop and Event Trader in West Wales. Due to business growth we are looking to recruit a team of colleagues for our new shop opening in Tenby, our shop in Saundersfoot and events.

We have a variety of hours available ranging from full time (40 hours) to part time.

We are looking for colleagues who are passionate about taking and engaging with customers, are friendly and are happy to work in a busy environment. No previous experience needed as full training will be given.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Shop Assistant who loves chocolate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining exceptional food hygiene standard, and advising customers to find the products they need. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in retail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Provide assistance to customers in finding the products they need.
• Answer customer questions about products and services.
• Keep the shop clean and tidy.
• Covering in the Tenby and Saundersfoot shop and events as required.
• Operate the cash register and handle payments.
• Restock shelves with new products.
• Assist with promotional activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8 - 40 per week

Salary: £7.00-£10.50 per hour
