Wentworth Community Care is a domiciliary care provider based in Brewood, South Staffordshire, West Midlands. We care for clients within their own homes across Wolverhampton, Willenhall, Walsall, and Staffordshire. We are continually growing on a day-to-day basis offering job security and flexibility.
Domiciliary care is a very rewarding carer as you will work with clients on a 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 basis, allowing you to build longstanding professional relationships with each client.
The main duties of a Care Needs Assessor will include:
· Completing Care Calls
· Fortnightly On-Call
· Rota Support
· Accident and Incident Reporting
· Induction Training
· Care Planning
· Service User Referrals
· Skin Integrity
· MAR Chart Reviews
The ideal candidate will have:
· NVQ Level 2 or above in health and social care or be willing to work towards one.
· Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
· Have previous relevant training to the job role.
· Have previous healthcare experience.
· Be flexible, reliable and committed
