Lead Barista

In recent years, we have successfully developed our own cafés which we see as a destination for both coffee and book lovers. Proudly serving Union Hand-Roasted Coffee, we want to be recognised by our welcoming and unique environment and the excellence of the coffee and service that our baristas deliver.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and great customer service skills and supervisory experience– passion for books and coffee are a plus. This a full-time barista position 37.5 hours over 5 days a week. The starting pay rate is £11.58 per hour with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and career as a barista with us.
This is a unique opportunity to start your career in specialty coffee. We work very closely with the team at Union to provide different levels of Barista training, as well as maintenance, sensory training and a roastery tour experience for our Baristas.
