Finance Assistant

The Role:
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. The role requires working three days a week at our London office. The Finance Assistant will support the finance team with day-to-day operations, primarily managing the Accounts Payable function.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function from end-to-end
Post Invoices and expenses
Post weekly sales journals for the Venue and reconcile control accounts
Reconcile A/P to the G/L and maintain the accuracy of the A/P Ledger
Management of employee expense process and timely payment
Managing supplier queries and invoice discrepancies

Requirements:
An interest in a career in finance and accounting
Finance degree or similar
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent and accurate typing speed
Strong Excel and Word skills
SAGE Intacct experience
