Position Overview & Specifications

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and talented team. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for developing and delivering the marketing and admissions strategy that will support the achievement of the College’s strategic and financial targets.

Engaging with diverse audiences from school leavers and adult learners to employers and key internal and external stakeholders to raise the profile of the college. You will be responsible for ensuring that the College is effectively promoted, positioned and advertised via a range of media sources, for overseeing the website and an inbound marketing strategy that is aligned to providing an outstanding customer journey.

To be successful you will be a strategic and experienced marketing professional, who knows the importance of a strong team culture, with proven experience in line managing and developing a team to achieve marketing excellence. Enthusiasm, creativity and a proactive approach are fundamental to this role. An organised and logical creative problem solver, you will be able to use market leading software to attract, convert and retain customers.
