Here at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, we are looking for someone to join our team of Auto and Heavy Equipment Receivers. This is a fast paced and exciting department in which you will have the opportunity to work with a huge variety of vehicles. This role offers the best of both worlds as there is a variety of office and outdoor work.

Job Description:

As a Auto and Heavy Equipment Receiver, you will:

Receive, process, locate and release all cargo as it enters and leaves the Port of Southampton
Produce clear and accurate lists detailing the cargo for export on each vessel
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Liaise with other departments to ensure the receiving and issue processes are completed in accordance with the SOP’s.
Plan space requirements for export and import cargo in all allocated compounds and storage areas.

Job Requirements:

Background and Experience

Full, clean UK driving licence
Good MS Office skill - i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook

Your work style:

Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
High level of work accuracy
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Able to understand, accept and enjoy cultural differences
