Location: Stoke + *Hybrid Working
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What you’ll do


We have an exciting position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the UK Commercial Operations Resourcing team where you will be responsible for managing both the end-to-end internal recruitment process as well as sourcing external candidates for priority roles.


You will get to work on exciting areas of the business within the front-line space, hiring diverse talent into our Stoke Contact Centre of Excellence, Retail and Customer Service teams. Working closely with the Resourcing Partners you will provide integral support as well as providing best in class candidate management for internal candidates. Key accountabilities include:


  • Manage the end-to-end internal resourcing process from advertisement, screening, shortlisting, assessment to offer.
  • Effectively partner with hiring managers, internal candidates and HR Business Partners to deliver an exceptional internal recruitment experience.
  • Enable manager self-service wherever possible, building hiring manager knowledge and awareness of our online tools and functionality, and upskilling where required.
  • Source external candidates for priority roles within Commercial Operations using methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Work in a high performing, collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on both technical and non-technical roles.

Who you are


  • Demonstrable experience managing a best in class candidate experience.
  • Demonstrable experience sourcing quality candidates for vacancies.
  • Ability to articulate business needs and identify right skills in candidates to meet those requirements.
  • Understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
  • Process improvement mindset, continuously reviewing and identifying opportunities to do things more effectively.
