What will you be doing?

We're looking for a talented, energetic and fun Junior Scrum Master to join our team, someone with a broad range of experiences and a passion for modern development technologies and practices.

As a Junior Scrum Master you'll develop and lead high-performing, multi-discipline teams, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive to succeed.

You'll be responsible for:

• 
  You will challenge and improve the operation of the team, driving their performance and capability to succeed
• You will embed operating models that value ownership, responsiveness, predictability and transparency
• You will mentor and execute Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices, embedding DevOps behaviours and principles driving a model of continuous delivery
• You will ensuring the path is clear for your team, removing blockers, facilitating discussions, enabling seamless communications and working with the Product Owner to clarify the product backlog ahead
• You will ensure your teams drive their deliveries with quality, innovation and automation at the heart.
  

Who are we looking for?

• 
  You will have prior experience of being a Scrum Master with a solid understanding of the Scrum framework
• You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• You will be an individual who is passionate and has a ‘can do’ attitude
• You will have or are in the process of completing Scrum Master certification – PSM1 or CSM
