Within Customer Fulfilment & Servicing, our Customers are everything to us and we take the service we deliver very seriously (but also make sure we have fun delivering it.) We`re looking for people with bags of energy and have a real desire to deliver magic moments for our customers. To be brilliant you must have

• A huge amount of passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to listen, understand and respond professionally
• The energy to deliver great service
• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work positively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt, and learn quickly

It’s a bonus if you have relevant experience or knowledge of the services we have across Personal Operations – but it’s not essential!
