Training Coordinator

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Development Team.

As a Training Coordinator, you will be supporting the Learning & Development team to manage course bookings and deal with any queries, issues and cancellations efficiently.

The role:

• Acting as point of contact for the L&D team for any internal course related queries
• Building excellent relationships with Clubs, Support Office departments, internal and external stakeholders
  and suppliers
• Supporting the Lifeguard and First Aid team with any additional requirements and administrative duties as
  and when requested
• Ability to minute meetings efficiently and send action points as required
• Providing seamless reporting on a monthly basis to capture key data to share with the team and wider
  business where applicable
• Supporting in the management of the new Learning Management System
