Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in South Ockendon. You will join us on a full-time basis (37 hours a week) and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £18,807 per annum plus benefits.

Larwood is a registered care home providing 24 hour care for people with learning and physical disabilities aged between 18 and 65.

Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex.

About the Support Worker role:

We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

As our Support Worker, you will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. This will include going out for activities such as music concerts, days by the sea, fun fairs, meals out and holidays etc.

Skills and experience of our ideal Support Worker :

• A caring, patient nature
• The ability to follow instruction
• A willingness and desire to develop
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
