We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join an employer of choice in Caerphilly. • Implement your knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement

• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of production staff who are responsible for safely and cost-effectively moving the raw materials through the production process
• Maximise production quality across departments
• Work with senior management and peers to train and develop team members skills

• Ensure your team maintain a professional attitude when dealing with all customer visits.
• Lead /work in a safe manner and have a proactive approach to all Health & Safety and environmental issues.
