Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Salary: £30,000 + £15,000 commission OTE
Location: London

This Company is a financial news and analysis company that has recently been taken over by a new team of investors who are calling it ‘the start-up with a head start.’ This Company is an accredited news agency and has access to the World’s central bankers can get access to specific information that you can’t find on public search engines and gives actionable insight to news. Barclays, Blackrock and Goldman Sachs are clients of this Company.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants the chance to make money, interact with people in financial markets and join a growing sales team of young and hungry people.

This Company has been working with Venatrix to hire high calibre graduates for over 2-years. We have placed over 15 people in the company who have experienced high earnings, interaction with clients, international travel and fast-paced progression. Top performers have all earned £50,000+ in their first year.

Responsibilities

• Quick progression path from SDR into formal sales role (usually 6-9 months) with the option to join the Account Management or Business Development teams
• You will get exposure to Sales and Account Management in your first year
• Structured SDR training programme which covers a new sales skill each month to ensure they are setup for success as a sales rep - delivered through both internal and external weekly training sessions
• Opportunity to sell to c-suite stakeholders at investment banks and hedge funds such as Blackrock, Barclays and Goldman Sachs
• Future opportunities to travel abroad on a quarterly basis
• Chance to take a Bloomberg course on financial markets and fixed income

Training
You will be taught sales methodology / pipeline forecasting / CRM ownership and Sales science. You will also attend the Venatrix Sales Academy.
