Position Overview & Specifications

Location: (Hybrid) London Victoria – Office easily accessed by a 5-minute walk from the station
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Hours: 40 hours a week
Salary: from £28,000 per year + Benefits
Start Date: May 2023

As an Operations Coordinator you will be overseeing and controlling the day-to-day and weekly scheduling of the field operations team, you will communicate with our suppliers to ensure our customers receive a first-class experience and also support the field triaging issues that come through via communications channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work under pressure, reacting quickly to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and schedule tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of the day-to-day operations
  • Trouble shooting first line guest issues for in-stay guests
  • Resource planning, ensuring people and suppliers can meet forecasted demand.
  • Complete required administration work
  • Support relationships with a diverse supply chain providing services across London.
  • Provide clear directions to the operations team and third-party contractors.
  • Action customers feedback and requests, liaising with Account manager and Property Mangers to ensure actions are completed.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports, analysing existing distribution networks to identify opportunities to reduce costs.
  • Communicate and give progress feedback to our customers.
  • Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made

Key Experience

  • 12+ months experience gained admin, logistics or coordinating roles (luxury operations related to travel or accommodation industry is a bonus)
  • Understanding of customer service principles in a premium/luxury service industry
  • Knowledge of property management and map of London is a plus.

Training and Support

· You will receive all mandatory training required for your role, and the company will consider any developmental opportunities whilst you are employed.
· You will be required to complete regular personal evaluations and regular supervisions will be held by the line manager
