Position Overview & Specifications
Reporting To: Marketing Projects Manager
Job Purpose:
We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our Marketing team to support with the day to day responsibilities in the department with a focus on digital and branded areas whilst working towards a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship qualification.
Responsibilites:
The creation and commission of graphic led content across a range of marketing channels.
Implementation of social media campaigns across key platforms, developing these as required and ensuring that these are monitored effectively.
Ensure all products are listed and communicated correctly to retailers through Brandbank.
Monitor online retailer customer reviews and report back any notable findings.
Supporting marketing events company wide as required.
The creation of cohesive designs and solutions to reflect our operations services and non-operations department’s development strategies.
Ensuring internal messaging is current and within brand guidelines.
Attending meetings / events with line manager as requested.
Complete optimisation tasks to a high standard.
Keep up to date on Google ads and paid search engine changes and developments.
Use the keyword tool, traffic estimator, search query reports and any tools to drive performance.
Review existing campaigns and their performance to create outstanding campaigns.
Perform keyword and demographic research across different markets.
Create compelling ad copy to inspire good click-through-rates.
Communicate with marketing team regarding build SLAs and delivery.
Attendance college as required, leading to recognised NVQ qualification.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and ad-hoc projects associated with the role as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade A-C (4-9) or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Experience with Videography (use of PermierPro), photography and illustration would be desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Creative and analytical.
Excellent attention to detail.
Punctual and reliable.
Motivated and strong desire to learn and develop.
Positive and pro-active attitude.
Keen interest in all things technical and digital.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, Office based.
