*The Role:*

• Recruit, inspire, develop and motivate team members to maximise efficiency and customer experience.
• Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.
• Achieve set budgets and margins for all areas of the food and beverage operations and ensure that stock, costs and overheads are controlled in line with the company and site requirements to remain within recommended guidelines.
• Regularly review and develop retail areas to maximise sales and introduce and implement promotions as required.
• Promote all sales in line with company requirements and manage all promotional and marketing activity within the operations.
• Adhere to set portion control system to ensure minimum wastage and review procedures to combat any excess waste.
• Complete weekly payroll forecast and monitor against daily actuals – action as necessary.
• Complete weekly food stock takes, report on results and take appropriate action
• Greet and communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Promote the company and the Park at all times with a positive approach.
• Deal effectively and efficiently with customer comments whilst following company guidelines.
• Act as Duty Manager for the park district in absence of Manager as per rota when required.
• Deliver legal requirements to ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare of all team members, customers, guests and visitors whilst on company premises.
• You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties.
• Ensuring quality, compliance and Health & Safety standards across Park.

Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

Salary: £12.00 per hour
