Be part of a family run business where you will be a valued Team Member at Carousel Amusements, Cardiff.

Hours: full time, part time positions available.
Pay: £9.50/hour, night rates available after 10pm.
Pension: contributory scheme.
Holiday: up to 28 days including Bank Holidays, depending on hours.

About the role: If you are a people person, this is the role for you; as a Team Member you will be at the heart of our venue. Not only will you be welcoming customers and building relationships with them, you will also become a valued member of a close-knit team. As part of the venue team, you will provide a fun, safe environment for customers to play, through first class customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers upon arrival.
• Explaining any offers and promotions available.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships and supporting safe gambling.
• Preparation of complimentary drinks and snacks.
• Making sure housekeeping standards are high at all times.
• Actioning promotion POS roll-outs, as required.
• Ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Following all processes and procedures to ensure the venue continually operates within legislation.

We are looking for a flexible candidate who is able to work on a rota basis which could include weekends, Bank Holidays and night-time hours. Full industry and compliance training will be given.

About us: Vallini is a family run South Wales business with 20 years in the amusement arcade industry. We operate AGC's and FEC's in and around the South Wales / South West England area. As a family run business we do away with corporate red tape; Directors and senior management are on hand to support you and your fellow Team Members to ensure you are able to provide a first class service to customers.
