What does this role involve?

As a Void Account Manager, you and your team will be responsible for new connections and account management of our commercial void customers.

Day to day, you will;

• ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner;
• monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received and they are billed correctly;
• oversee void sales & connections through to completion;
• communicate with customers via telephony and email contact;
• build and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

You will be business focused, with the customer always front and centre.

Recording of accurate information is key, therefore you will have good written and verbal communication skills and have a great eye for detail.
