Hours: Monday – Friday. 1in 6 Weekend requirement.

What does this role involve?

The Customer Service department is responsible for ensuring that we have the right level of engineer resource, in the right place, at the right time.

Our engineers carry out all meter installations and fault checks, so ensuring their schedule is kept up to date is key in maintaining our customer’s supply.

Day to day, you will;

  • analyse, prepare, and publish engineer schedules;
  • liaise with customers who require an engineer visit;
  • work with sub-contractors to ensure planning is consistent across all different workstreams.

Recording of accurate information is key, therefore you will have good written and verbal communication skills and have a great eye for detail.

You will have great organisational skills to prioritise workload and provide effective scheduling, to maximise on work being carried out by our engineers.
