Job Requirements

As one of our Burger Masters, we would expect you to be:

• Hard-working, detail-oriented and fast-paced
• Reliable and a strong team player
• Friendly and able to build both team and customer rapport
• Able to remain calm under pressure
• Full of passion and enthusiasm for exceeding guest satisfaction through food and service excellence
• Organised, logical and able to multitask efficiently
• And, most importantly, to be able to have fun whilst you are working!

Training

We provide detailed on-site training given to you by experienced members of our team.

If you have the drive to succeed, then you will thrive at Urban!

Previous experience in the field is preferred but not mandatory.
