We have a number of vacancies available as follows, please indicate on your application which shift or shifts you are interested in

AM - Part time, 14.75 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 05:30 – 08:30, Friday 05.30 – 08.15

Midday - Part time, 10 hours per week, Term Time Only (36 weeks per year), Monday to Friday 12:00 – 14:00. Holiday is taken during shut down periods only for this contract and will be paid on a monthly basis.

PM - Part time, 14.75 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 16:45 – 19:45, Friday 16:45 – 19:30

Nights - Full time - 36 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 22:00 – 06:00, Friday/Saturday 22:00 – 04:00. This vacancy includes a 33% shift allowance with the salary.

The Domestic Services team provide a full range of cleaning services to the University including sanitary cleaning, floor cleaning and maintenance, carpet and upholstery cleaning and touchpoint disinfection cleaning, there's never been a better time to join Domestic Services.

The role

To undertake individually or as a member of a team the cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
Cleaning to a specified standard which may include:

• Mop sweeping, damp mopping.
• Suction cleaning.
• Machine buffing/spray cleaning/scrubbing & drying.
• Carpet cleaning (hot water extraction method).
• Interior window panel cleaning.
• Dusting/damp wiping/washing/polish application.
• Sanitary appliance cleaning/fixtures/fittings.
• Replenish toilet requisites.
