- You have an interest in Technology or Engineering with some knowledge of either Electronics, Workshops, Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, CAD/CAM or Physics.
- Like to learn new things.

- You have the ability to plan and organise yourself and your work. Technical work often requires a methodical approach.
- Wish to help people develop by assisting them with aspects of their learning. Perhaps you are in a training role already or have been in the past? Perhaps you have worked in an educational institution in the past? Perhaps you were a student recently?
- You are willing to learn and support activities in a broad range of subject areas.
- You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure they are delivered on time to the correct standard.
