We are looking for a Director of Digital Education who will own a multi-year digital strategy to deliver the digitalisation requirements of Cambridge Judge, encompassing the Business School's Executive Education activities and providing senior leadership to the Business School's Digital Education function.
Reporting to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer, the role holder will work closely with faculty and programmes to support Cambridge Judge's teaching and learning strategy, and closely with the CJBS Director of IT to ensure alignment of the Technology and Digital strategies with the Business School's strategy.
The role holder must have proven experience in designing Digital strategy and conversion to programme implementation across a multi-stakeholder environment.
Educated to degree level, the ideal candidate will have commercial experience, from business case construction to negotiation with and management of third parties to generate the best value for money. We are looking for an individual who is results-driven, with superior organisational, influencing and negotiation skills.
The successful candidate must have a proven record of working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and building and leading high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for this role along with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels. The successful candidate must have a passion for transformation and continuous improvements and work with colleagues towards the achievement of shared goals.
