Security Officer

UniTrust Protection Services (UK) Ltd have an exciting opportunity available for a Security Officer to join our team. The role would involve you being trained on a number of sites across our London portfolio. In return, you will receive highly competitive hourly rates subject to the sites you will work across.

The main security services to be provided are;

• Management of Access Control.
• Reception, Front of House and Customer Service.
• Management of Visitor and Contractor Access.
• Management and Co-ordination of Deliveries.
• Key Control and management.
• Escalation of incidents liaison with NCH security and NCH client team.
• Ability to deliver specified site services to the highest standards.
• Adherence to health, safety, and environmental laws and any other legislative or statutory requirements or best practice.
• Safely & proactively maintain the workplace in accordance with contractual and legal requirements via Health & Safety patrols.
• All service tasks undertaken with a proactive forethought to Health & Safety management.
• The ability to work with the NCH security/client team to improve service delivery throughout the contract

Reception Duties;

• The main Reception on the Ground Floor is the primary point of access for customers and visitors. All tenants, visitors and contractors are to be booked in/processed via the reception.
• All other reception duties.

• Meeting and greeting all visitors as they enter.
• Maintaining a professional and polite manner and dealing with queries in a swift and efficient manner.
• Answering incoming calls and enquiries.
• Maintaining a tidy and professional looking Reception area.
• Dealing with tenant enquiries as they occur.
• Responding to emergency situations, including lift entrapments, alarms, etc.
• Assist with mail room duties as and when required.
• Participation in periodical fire evacuations.
