Unikrn is currently hiring for the role of a Product Manager, with focus on our key products. You will lead unikrn’s sportsbook strategy working with our world class Product and Technology teams spanning Australia, Germany, Croatia, India and the USA.

This role is based in Europe - Berlin, London or Gibraltar.

What you will be doing

Strategic

• Assisting with the roadmapping, development and execution of sportsbook strategy ensuring it fits into the overall unikrn strategy

• Generating ideas around how to improve the Sportsbook product from an end-user perspective (Features, UX, Content etc.)

• Working with VP leadership and other relevant stakeholders to ensure priorities are correctly established and followed.

• Ensuring sportsbook features and content are inline with customer expectations in multiple jurisdictions we operate in

• Driving the vision and helping build the next generation of sportsbook, centered around user to user interaction, community and new mediums

• Collaborating with Revenue and Data teams to develop strategies and tactics to maximize product, customer and revenue outcomes,

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure tactical and strategic initiatives are data driven and fit within cost parameters

  
  

Team & Business Requirements

• Updating stakeholders with timely progress reports, highlighting successes and delivery risks (along with identified mitigation strategies) and forward planning for future sprints

• Driving the execution of all product lifecycle processes including market research, competitive analysis, planning, user stories, requirements gathering and product launches

• Ensuring all product documentation is well prepared and kept up to date

• Representing the end-user perspective in cross-functional teams tasked with delivering initiatives for our sportsbook

• Working with UX and UI experts to define the customer experience and product specifications for sportsbook features and requirements

• Working with the Product, Operations, Retention, Trading and Marketing leadership to identify additional areas of optimization by identifying and analyzing issues, developing solutions, assigning accountability, and following through to completion

• Optimizing operations, products, and marketing data to ensure that it is the source of truth, tracking KPIs, product performance, customer behavior and marketing activity

• Articulating vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project

• Playing an active role in mitigating blockers and delays impacting successful team competition of features

  
  

New Experiences

• Driving for constant innovation and product evolution for our sportsbook and fandom secondary F2P experiences utilizing existing and new content data sources

• Playing a pivotal role in building the next generation of sportsbook product that challenges the status quo along with the VP of Product and Trading Leadership

• Ensuring new experiences drive customer and revenue outcomes

• Monitoring industry trends and products, to ensure we’re ahead of the curve

  
  

What we are looking for

• Experience working in wagering, or a passion for sports betting

• Experience with Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analyst or similar

• Previous experience of working in a software development environment

• Ability to independently lead conversations with senior leaders.

• Track record in collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to refine the customer experience

• Analytical approach to problem solving and attention to detail

• Ability to liaise with distributed teams from different disciplines to deliver product milestones on time

• A relentless learning mindset. Taking ownership of both the wins and the losses, and taking action to get more of the former.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment

• Ability to make quick decisions and iterate often.

• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and friendly at all times

• Excellent Communication skills – both verbal and written

• Customer Centric, "can do" attitude - Always curious about their experience.

  
  

What makes you stand out to us

• Previous Sportsbook Product Owner experience

• Growth hacking, pragmatic marketing, product management certification or education preferred.

• Track record in innovation and creation of sticky experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or related field.

• Professional experience in industries such as software engineering, design, data analysis.
