Marketing Administrator

We are a successful product design and manufacturing business based in Middleton, looking for a Marketing Administrator to join us on a permanent basis. We need help cleansing and preparing data for our sales and marketing teams to use in upcoming campaigns, researching for blog posts, as well as managing our social channels.

You will work within the busy and vibrant sales and marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Manager.

Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon Thur), 8.30am to 3pm (Fri)

Shift: Monday to Friday

Term: Full-time permanent contract

Responsibilities:

• Review and cleanse data within our email marketing tool, Mailchimp.
• Cleanse sales lead data from previous years, including marking leads with opportunity tags.
• Format data to upload into Sage CRM.

  Reporting:

• Create reports for the Sales & Marketing Managers to update on project progress.
• Extract and manipulate data from Mailchimp based on specific requests.
• Review and report on client spend data.

  Research:

• LinkedIn research for up-to-date contact information where required E.g. where a customer has left a company, find where they may have moved to.
• Once familiar with the Unibox product range and target audience, begin formulating ideas for future blog posts, researching ideas and potentially drafting copy.

  Marketing comms:

• Source and resize imagery for blog posts.
• Assist with the management of the Unibox social channels; LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

  Skills & Experience required:

• No previous experience required, as training will be given
• Strong IT skills required, experience using social channels, Sage CRM and/or Mailchimp an advantage
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage own workload
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong organisational skills
