Senior Kotlin Engineer

Fully remote opportunity. Can be based anywhere in Europe. Office based in London for those who like hybrid working.

Approx. £120,000 + equity + benefits

A mobile banking app is seeking a Senior Kotlin Engineer to join them on their tech-for-good mission to make sending money accessible for all. They already have several 100,000s of customers and are backed by some world-leading VCs!

As the Senior Kotlin Engineer, you will collaborate with various teams in the 200 employee scale-up including Product and Operations.

This Senior Kotlin Engineer opportunity will be a strong fit for you if you have:

• Senior level experience building backend systems with Kotlin
• Experience managing third-party API integrations
• Background experience working with AWS (and ideally Kubernetes)
• A passion to work with high-performance and reliable systems

No previous experience in the financial sector is required however any experience working in an early stage start-up and tech forward, faced-paced environment is exactly what they are looking for. Strong communication skills are also essential as they encourage you to take ownership of your code and work with multiple stakeholders.
