Overview of Role
The Planning / Label administrator is responsible for checking that the delivery of the plan is executed. Making sure all product and box end labels are printed correctly for production. All labels are accounted for in terms of booking these both out and back into Planning department. When booked out these are signed by responsible line leaders in Production.
You will be expected to go into Production frequently to monitor the production plan is being executed to meet the demands of the business and make sure production in on time for delivery schedules.
Main Duties
- The Planning Supervisor will supply the daily plan in which the administrator is responsible for monitoring to ensure that this meets daily demands.
- Ensuring that Labels are printed in accordance with customer demands.
- Sign labels in and out of label room.
- Maintaining in-house company labelling system
- On occasions supporting the transport department as and when required
- Updating spreadsheets on excel
- Liaise with operations daily.
- Attend daily KPI meetings
Education & Qualifications
GCSEs at grades C or 4 and above including English and Maths or equivalent.
Experience & Knowledge
Proven experience in Planning
Working knowledge of MS office and planning systems
Proficient in Maths and data analysis
Meticulous and diligent
Personal Attributes, Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication abilities
Attention to detail.
Ability to use own initiative.
Can work well in a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
