We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
  • Co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)
  • Drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability)
  • Support Pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
  • Contribute to a reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards

Your team

The current technology stack is highly fragmented with many systems that manage data. This can lead to inconsistent data quality and duplication of effort across teams whilst hindering our ability to adapt to new data requirements.
We’re currently in the process of moving to a cloud native platform – a single place to acquire and manage data built on microservices that give enhanced flexibility.
Product Mangers play an integral role to understand data processing requirements, elicit requirements from stakeholders, program and project scope, design, build, test and deploy data solutions that are used across the bank. They work in a cross-functional Agile POD team environment with product owners, engineers, and quality assurance managers, and engage fluidly with business partners, data owners, subject-matter experts, and members of other PODs to deliver managed change through Agile sprints

Your expertise

  • previously held an IT/Business Analyst or Product Manger role, for ideally 5 years within the finance sector
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and synthesizing skills
  • Setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile
  • Communication skills to work effectively with senior business stakeholders, internal and external teams
  • Experience in setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
  • Up to date with emerging technologies, open source, open standards and new practices, recognizing and realizing opportunities to enhance our technical approach Knowledgeable on information security, technology risks, operational resilience and automation, ensuring our technology meets non-functional requirements and complies with expected standards
