Classroom Trainer (Road Safety)

TTC is always looking to expand our national workforce of professional road safety trainers to deliver Police referred National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) courses to over 750,000 drivers each year in in class and are actively recruiting now for new trainers to join our panel throughout the county of Cornwall at our Training Centres in:

• St.Austell
• Falmouth
• Truro
• Redruth
• Helston
• Penzance

If you want the flexibility to work at a time and frequency that suits you (or to supplement a primary income with evening/weekend work), we have the availability to work with you on a freelance/self-employed basis with hourly rates starting at £23 per hour and the opportunity in the future to develop to deliver our range of online/digital courses held over Zoom. We offer a comprehensive trainer development programme which will support each candidate through the NDORS accreditation process and provide all of the core capabilities to deliver the current suite of NDORS road safety training courses. In addition to meeting the person specification, all new trainers are required to either hold (or be prepared to undertake) an Enhanced DBS check and Public Liability/Professional Indemnity Insurance. We will be holding virtual interviews throughout July and August with training dates shortly after, depending on your availabilty.
