Front Of House assistant / trainee manager

After several years, our current manageress is moving to pastures new and following her dreams, in France. Whilst wishing her well for her exciting future, we are now looking for a dynamic 'someone' to join our amazing front-of-house staff, assisting in driving Trinity forward.
If you have what it takes to integrate into a well-established restaurant, liaise between our customer base, front-of-house and kitchen staff, with the desire to push us ever forward, please get in touch. This position will be snapped up so do not delay.

This opportunity of between 35-40 hrs per week is a permanent position with great rates of pay and an equal share of tips (experienced applicants only please, not from those going to University in September) is over our 4 day working week which is Wednesday to Saturday. Flexibility with shift patterns/hours is required - 10:00hrs start and last kitchen service being 21:00hrs with working hours arranged in advance on our rota.
