The Trecarn boasts 126 modern bedrooms, and the restaurant serves breakfast daily and offers guests a choice between a typical English breakfast, toast, cereals, and fresh fruit juices. During dinner, the restaurant offers a choice of three starters, a meat, fish, and vegetarian option for main, and a selection of gateaux and ice cream for dessert.

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Waiter/ Waitress who will be required too:

Set up of restaurant, service food and clear tables.
Explain and advise guests of products and services.
Clear and re-set tables.
Ensure that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift.
Take and serve drink orders.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
